Residential design is a “hands on” approach with constant client communication from project inception through completion. Throughout each step of the process we will work diligently to illustrate the design intent, and discuss selection of materials and colors, building types and systems, etc. and how the budget and schedule are impacted by these choices.  We respect the importance of budgets and will seek solutions that provide the right fit for each client. We also use 3D modeling to help visualize concepts for our clients so that they have every confidence in the decisions that are being made during the design development stage.
